1. What country(s) do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Malaysia via PosLaju. For international orders, we will use PosLaju EMS.
2. What are your delivery charges?
For within Malaysia, we will charge RM 8 for one shawl. However if you are purchasing more than one shaw if its a domestic or international order, refer to this chart.

3. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Once payment has cleared, we will arrange for delivery. Peninsular Malaysia should take no longer than 1 – 2 working day(s), whilst Sabah/ Sarawak might take 3 – 4 day(s) extra. International orders depends on how long it takes to clear the customs. We will strive to deliver fast and efficient service so you can receive your LQ product soon!

Oh no, we are so sorry that this happened! Our products go through a stringent quality control test, but human error can happen. Please drop us an email with your product number to firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange the product.
